Using event information

CLT Activity Finder helps people discover events but does not organize, operate, or guarantee third-party events. Event information can change or contain errors. Confirm important details, ticket terms, accessibility, age rules, and safety information with the organizer or original source.

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, probe accounts, scrape in a way that harms service, or misrepresent an affiliation with CLT Activity Finder.

Organizer submissions

By submitting an event, the organizer confirms they have authority to provide the content and permission to use any submitted image or link. The organizer remains responsible for accuracy, legality, required permissions, and keeping event details current.

Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, placement, traffic, or continued availability. CLT Activity Finder may edit presentation, request changes, reject, remove, or archive a listing to protect quality and users.

Accounts and availability

Organizer accounts and sponsorship purchases are available only to people age 18 or older who can enter an agreement and, when acting for an organization, have authority to bind it.

Organizers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for activity under their account. Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. No uptime or fixed support-response time is promised.

Sponsorships and payments

Paid placement is governed by the published sponsorship, payment, and cancellation policy presented before checkout. Organic approval and sponsorship approval remain separate.

Prices and availability are those shown when a request is submitted. Payment does not guarantee impressions, clicks, registrations, attendance, revenue, or any other result.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLT Activity Finder is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Third-party events, organizers, venues, links, and payment services remain outside the product’s control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLT Activity Finder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or event attendance. Aggregate liability arising from the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount the claimant paid to CLT Activity Finder during the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and notices

These terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Send formal notices to cltactivities.support@gmail.com with the subject “Legal notice.” CLT Activity Finder may send notices to the email associated with an organizer account or post a prominent notice on the site.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date and apply prospectively. Continued use after the new effective date means acceptance of the updated terms.
