General and listing support
Email cltactivities.support@gmail.com for listing corrections, organizer account help, accessibility feedback, privacy requests, or general questions.
Do not email passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive payment information. Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout.
Sponsorship questions
Use the subject “Sponsorship question” when emailing cltactivities.support@gmail.com. Include the approved event name, preferred placement, and desired dates if you already know them.
Availability is not reserved by email. A placement is held only through the organizer sponsorship workflow after review.
Response expectations
CLT Activity Finder does not currently promise a fixed response time. Time-sensitive event changes should also be updated at the original event source.
