Bammies in Jammies: Mah Jong Event
Charlotte Nerds & Gamers Slip into your comfiest PJs and join us for a relaxed, laugh-filled night of Mah Jong! This cozy event is all about good vibes, great company, and friendly competition. Bring your blankets, fuzzy socks, and game face—because it’s time to shuffle, snack, and chill in style! Some experience and your own 2026 NMJL card is needed to play. Our staff and friendly community will be on hand for any questions that newer players have, but a general understanding of the Charleston and gameplay is needed. If you are looking to be taught how to play, please check out our Saturday "Learn 2 Play" events on Meetup. Come for the tiles, stay for the vibes. Pajamas strongly encouraged! This event is included in your $8+tax admission to Luck Factory Games. LFG has a menu of beer, wine, sodas, and snacks to enjoy while you play. They all just know that our Board Game Socials consistently happens every Thursday evening. Femme Tabletop Group - Dungeons & Dragons
Charlotte Nerds & Gamers Join Luck Factory Games in another fun Friday night of Dungeons & Dragons (2025) adventuring with your family, friends, and other brave heroes! This is a unique, women-only, 1-shot adventure that connects to a greater monthly campaign. Femme adventures are open to all levels of D&D experience (from first timers to veteran players). This group is designed exclusively for players that identify as female. This event is included in your $8+ tax per admission. Craft beers, wine, soda, snacks, sandwiches and more will be available for purchase. This group is 100% female led. DMs will also be available to assist with character creation and answering any questions you have about D&D. This group is specifically for both new and veteran players. Quiet Time Tabletop Game Event - Sensory Friendly
Charlotte Nerds & Gamers Everyone deserves some Zen in their lives. We're excited to introduce Quiet Time Gaming, a new event designed for players who enjoy deeper strategy games, longer turns, and a more relaxed gaming atmosphere. It's also a great option for anyone who prefers a lower-sensory environment with less background noise and fewer distractions. Every other Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM, we'll designate portions of the cafe as "Quiet Zones" where conversation is kept to a minimum and players can fully immerse themselves in their games. To help create the right environment, we've scheduled these sessions during times when no other events are scheduled, and all guests will be informed of our Quiet Hours to help keep noise levels down throughout the space. So, if you're tackling an epic strategy game, enjoying a thoughtful two-player duel, or simply looking for a calmer place to game, Quiet Time Gaming at Luck Factory Games is here for you. Blood on the Clock Tower - Murder Mystery / Social Deduction
Charlotte Nerds & Gamers DON'T BE DISCOURAGED BY THE LACK OF SIGNUPS. This event regularly pulls in 20-30 players. They all just know that Blood on the Clocktower consistently happens on the first Thursday of every month. Like murder mysteries or playing social deduction games like Ultimate Werewolf? Then you'll love Blood on the Clocktower! Join Luck Factory Games for this monthly “murder mystery” event! There is no reading off of scripts or dressing up. This game is pure chaos and deciding who you can (and should not) trust. No experience is needed to play. We'll teach you! IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be two sessions of this game. The first game starts \\promptly\\ at 6:00pm and another one will start around 8:00 for 15 people max each. We have been consistently running two games concurrently (so at least 4 games each event) with both new and veteran player scripts. If late, you will be able to play other social deduction games with others while you wait for the next game. It is $8+tax to attend. Make sure to mention you are there for the Blood on the Clocktower Meetup when you arrive and pay!
